Off-market Opportunities

The choice of a qualified investor or a carefully selected group of investors significantly increases the transaction security of the entire deal. In addition, prices can generally be achieved that are 5 to 6 percent higher than in the open market. About 96 percent of institutional investors and family offices prefer off-market transactions. By directly approaching the off-market sector, the seller receives more attention and access to highly qualified investors. There is an ideal buyer for every property and every owner - but this buyer must first be identified. Important questions in the process are: How quickly and reliably can the investor act? Have the financial requirements for the transaction size been checked? What is the investor's attitude towards share deals and what payment terms does he prefer? How does the investor behave in contract negotiations? Through a strategic matching process based on jointly defined investment criteria, the right buyer is identified, leading to an optimal sales result.
